The Childrens Center

THE CHILDREN’S CENTER

There’s a place that stands for family, for healing, and for hope. Where every child deserves the chance to dream again. That place is The Children’s Center in Detroit. Since 1929, The Children’s Center has been empowering children and families in Greater Detroit to shape their own futures. Annually, nearly 7,500 children and families receive evidence-based, trauma-informed mental and behavioral health services. Child welfare programs include adoption, foster care and services for youth aging out of foster care. Wrap-around services provide basic needs, educational and enrichment resources for the entire family. Generous supporters help children and families overcome emotional and intellectual challenges, trauma from abuse, neglect, and poverty. Learn more about The Children’s Center’s comprehensive services at www.thechildrenscenter.com.
